Our Private Training sessions usually include 3-6 people and a trainer. Being a part of a group is one of the best ways to remain motivated and inspired to change and our semi-private sessions are designed to provide you with the guidance and support of the group activity. At the same time, however, we believe that the individualised approach is key to the successful results and that’s why we’ll provide you not only with a personalised session and lots of contact with your trainer, but also a program, specifically tailored to your needs.
